Where to place the QR code on your wedding day? Our advice
keep memorizYou've ordered your gallery and QR code posters. The crucial question remains: where should you place them? We've analyzed the results of hundreds of weddings. The difference between good and bad placement can sometimes mean 300 more photos.
Location #1: Dinner Tables
This is the most effective placement. Guests are seated, have time, and the poster is in front of them for 2 hours. Recommended format: A5 in a small easel. Result: participation rate increases from 40% to 75-90%.
Location #2: Venue Entrance
A large poster (A3 or A2) visible upon arrival. The entrance serves as a "first contact." On its own, this placement yields about 30-40% participation. Combined with tables, it rises to 85-95%.
Location #3: The Bar and Cocktail Area
People are waiting for their drinks, phones in hand. An A5 poster placed on the bar works very well.
Bonus Locations
- →On the menu or program: a small QR code at the bottom of the card
- →Near the photobooth: guests who just posed will instinctively share
- →In the restrooms: a small frame above the sink works surprisingly well
What to Avoid
Only one QR code for the entire wedding. Posters that are too small. Locations hidden behind a bouquet. Find more details on our wedding page.
